Policies
*Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the arrival date will be refunded their deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
*Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will forfeit their reservation deposit unless a replacement group can be found.
*NO smoking in the retreat. Smoking will result in immediate removal of all individuals at the retreat, and forfeiture of all retreat fees paid.
*NO pets allowed.
Accidents / Repairs
We understand that accidents do occur. If anything is broken, please let us know so that it can be repaired for the next group.
If substantial damage or loss occur to the property, the retreat, or its contents, your group will be held responsible; and an itemized invoice will be emailed to you.
